At Karup, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and schedule a convenient carrier pickup or drop the package at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
